This policy governs how you may use BC Cloud services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in full.
You may not use BC Cloud services for any activity that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales, or any jurisdiction in which you operate. This includes but is not limited to:

BC Cloud services are provided with bandwidth and resource allocations intended for normal hosting activity. Permitted use includes:
The following are not considered fair use and are prohibited without prior written approval:
BC Cloud reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate services found to be abusing shared resources, and to require migration to a dedicated or metered plan at additional cost.
You are solely responsible for:
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions at BC Cloud's sole discretion:
BC Cloud reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, access account information for the purpose of such investigations, and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
If you become aware of any activity on BC Cloud infrastructure that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

This AUP is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is effective from April 2025.
