We want you to be happy with BC Cloud. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
BC Cloud offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on VPS Hosting, Web Hosting, and App Hosting plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial sign-up, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee paid.
✓ To request a refund, open a support ticket within 14 days of your service start date with the subject "Refund Request". We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
The following conditions apply to all refund requests:
All BC Cloud services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By signing up, you authorise BC Cloud to charge your payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel before that date.
Renewal invoices are generated and charged on or around your renewal date. Refunds are not available for renewal charges unless an error on our part has occurred (e.g. a duplicate charge or billing after a confirmed cancellation).
It is your responsibility to cancel your service before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has processed will not be refunded.
⚠️ To cancel a service, please submit a cancellation request through the client area or open a support ticket before your next renewal date.
Some services may be available at a promotional or introductory price for first-time customers. All services renew at the standard rate displayed on our pricing page at the time of renewal.
Promotional prices are non-transferable and cannot be applied to existing accounts or used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated.
All invoices must be paid on or before the due date. BC Cloud operates a 7-day grace period for overdue invoices, after which your service may be suspended.
Services suspended due to non-payment may be reactivated upon settlement of all outstanding invoices. Services that remain unpaid for 14 days after suspension may be permanently terminated, and all associated data permanently deleted. BC Cloud is not liable for any data loss resulting from account termination due to non-payment.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email before terminating a service due to non-payment.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact our billing team first at billing@bccloud.co.uk before filing a dispute with your bank or card provider. We are happy to investigate and resolve billing issues promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
You have 90 days from the charge date to raise a billing query with BC Cloud directly. Any billing concerns outside this window may not be eligible for review.
