BC Cloud ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based hosting provider registered in England and Wales. We provide VPS hosting, game server hosting, web hosting, app hosting, monitoring, managed services, and network controller hosting.

Account and Billing Information

When you sign up or purchase a service, we collect:

  • Payment method details (processed securely via our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)

Technical and Usage Data

When you use our website or services, we may automatically collect:

Support Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain records of those communications to help us resolve issues and improve our service.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements). Billing records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.

When you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
